Helen Powell

I'm Helen. I am a thirty-something mum of two slightly mental children, and wife to one entirely mental husband. I previously worked in the City of London in the rollercoaster world of Recruitment. Now I do a part time admin job, and an overtime filled Mummy job.

I have a son (the Hulk, 2) and a daughter (The Diva, 4)They are gorgeous, energetic, frustrating and insane in equal measure. I am regularly concerned that I am entirely unqualified to keep them alive, but I appear to have managed so far (go me!)

I am aided and abetted on this parenting journey, by my faithful accomplices Cider, Swiss Roll and Laughter. Take these away and I can be found quietly rocking in the corner, surrounded by Barbies and a collection of Matchbox cars.
