Writer and journalist Holly Bourne, 27, previously worked at the award-winning Surrey Mirror where she uncovered many national and international new stories. She is the author of contemporary young adult novels Soulmates and The Manifesto on How to Be Interesting (not out until Autumn 2014). She is currently writing her third novel.

When she’s not writing books, Holly works as a journalist for TheSite.org – a charity-run website that helps 16-25-year-olds. She’s half-journalist, half-agony aunt moderating TheSite boards, focusing particularly on young peoples’ sex and relationship problems.

Holly also has a famous Grandpop – Larz Bourne. He was a cartoonist who invented Deputy Dawg, as well as working on Popeye, Wacky Races, Tom and Jerry and loads of other cartoons.
