Jack Eyers

Model, actor and personal trainer. Campaigner for disability charity Scope and Models of Diversity. Elective amputee.

Jack Eyers is a model, actor and personal trainer. He's also a campaigner for disability charity Scope, and Models of Diversity.

Jack, 25, was born with a rare condition which meant his right leg did not grow properly. He elected to have the leg amputated when he was 16.

He has appeared in adverts for Barclays, and modelled for boohoo.com. He is the face of Scope's Great Donate summer 2014 stock appeal and stars in an online spoof of the famous Levi's Laundrette ad, filmed in one of Scope's charity shops.

Jack performed at the opening ceremony of the London Paralympic Games, swinging on a rope 35 metres above the stadium and the Queen, which he says was amazing. But he says that the effects of the Paralympics on attitudes to disability were short-lived, and would love to see more disabled people in the public eye.
