Jane Asscher

Founding Partner - Strategy and Management at 23red

After graduating from the University of Oxford in 1985, Jane began her career at Ogilvy & Mather, where she worked on a range of blue chip international advertising accounts. In 1990, Jane moved from advertising to direct marketing and joined Tequila, becoming CEO in 1999.

Jane helped set up brand communications agency 23red in October 2000.

Jane has been responsible for the strategic development of a number of innovative behaviour change campaigns for the COI on topics as wide ranging as health, vocational training, environment, financial education, volunteering and the digital divide. Her insights into marketing to Women and Youth have shaped award-winning, mould-breaking advertising campaigns for the likes of La Senza and University of Oxford.

She sits on various industry panels and has published many articles and thought pieces on effective brand communication strategies, and creating and managing organisations that inspire creative behaviour.
