From taking a Fine Arts course in Florence Italy, to running my own award winning film production company, my life has so far been a whirlwind of adversity, triumphs, challenges and truly inspiring moments. In fact looking back, it has all the components of an epic film production. Hence why my message is “Life is an epic production… the thoughts and learnings of a TV producer” I now spend my time sharing this message with global audiences via TV, interviews, magazine articles and speeches. On returning from Florence, I entered the glamorous world of advertising and within 18 months found myself working for the Head of Television at FCB, an ad agency that enjoyed the reputation of having the best TV creative department in London at the time. After 2 years of learning all the skills required to be a great P/A I was asked to help launch a new film production company. I never looked back. I doubled my salary, travelled the world and after 3 years’ became a fully fledged Producer at the age of 25. Learning to be a Producer taught me fantastic life lessons and skills – from creating rapport with people to creative skills to putting all the ingredients together and making it happen – that’s what I got a buzz from and running multi-million pound budgets in the process! I stayed a further 6 years honing my Producer craft and shot many more commercials around the world by which time I was ready to start my own company. My dream and passion was to turn the business into a full scale film production company. After winning numerous awards as an independent producer and working with some of the best creative talent in the business, from Graham Wood (Tomato), Frank Budgen, David Bailey, John Lloyd, Mel Smith, Phillip Noyce and Tony Kaye to ad agencies BBH, JWT, M&C Saatchi and HHCL (then a start-up) etc., Jane Fuller Associates (JFA) was born and opened bigger offices in Golden Square, W1. JFA went from strength to strength over the next 10 years’, producing award winning commercials for clients including Tango, Maxell, Golden Wonder, Nike, Martini, BBC, Virgin, Nintendo, Sony, Pepsi and Smirnoff. Music video clients included All Saints, Smashing Pumpkins, Finlay Quaye, Morcheeba, Jamiroquai and Moby amongst many others. We represented some of the hottest directors in the world over the years’ including, Jonas Akerlund, Johan Renck, Shane Meadows, Matthias Zentner, Trevor Robinson and Swedish collective Stylewar. We won 6 BTAA (British Television Advertising Awards) awards, 10 Creative Circle Awards, 3 D&AD awards, the Grand Prix award at Cannes and 2 Gold Lions, the ITV Award for best commercial of the year, 2 BAFTA advertising awards, 2 Eurobest awards and 2 CAD awards one for Jamiroquai’s music video ‘Canned Heat’ plus numerous other citations for creative excellence. We were also commissioned by St. Lukes ad agency to make a short film called ‘Sideshow’ directed by Thomas Q Napper. The BBC made a programme of my company filming a Tango production which they called ‘A Passion for Distinction’ based on the qualities required to be a successful company also featuring Novotel and Tonbridge School. During this time I set up a content creation company called E-Factor with Robin Azis (ex-CEO of HHCL & Partners) to extend our work into television, new media, feature films and beyond. I have also been a member of D&AD (10 years) and WACL (Women in Adertising and Communications London – the top 130 women in the communications and marketing industry – by invitation only) for 8 years and a Patron of the Almeida Theatre which I loved. I am also a Licensed Heal Your Life Teacher and I’m delighted to bring this transformational philosophy to my work. I have been a member of BAFTA for 17 years and participate each year from September to January in voting for each year’s new crop of feature film entries for the BAFTA Awards. It is a great honour and done with much pleasure and hard work. I have been an Ambassador for the St. James theatre since it first opened in September 2012 - the first new theatre in London for 30 years with many eminent names involved that Andrew Lloyd-Weber has just bought and continues to flourish with great success and is now called The Other Palace theatre. I am also an Ambassador for Tracy Worcester’s Pig Pledge campaign and have helped raise funds for her Farms Not Factories charity. Outside of my professional career, I am also a keen property developer and interior designer and over the years have bought and sold many properties in London. My current house was a feature in House and Garden magazine. I’ve appeared in numerous other publications including Vogue, Harpers Bazaar, Creative Review, Design Week, Campaign, Shots, Marketing Week, PR Week and my blog is regularly featured in the Huffington Post’s ‘Lifestyle’, ‘Entertainment’ and ‘Third Metric’ sections. I like to keep fit, stretch and run. I enjoy doing my charity work and have raised funds for Wellbeing of Women, The House of St. Barnabas, Dress for Success and Canine Partners. I am also a calligraphist and fine arts supporter and a mean boule player with 6 championship cups loitering somewhere in the South of France!
This is the time to talk about what has happened in the past and what was a violation of your human rights and dignity.
Learning how to heal the pain of the past and how to genuinely love and approve of yourself can be life transforming. There is enough love, joy, beauty and money on this planet for everyone! Just be consciously aware of it.

Daily rituals are where the power resides in a step-by-step process to get you to where you want to be. After all, you can plan for the future, but you can only take charge of the present moment. So take positive steps today towards your desired outcome and know that you will have everything you need in each moment that follows.

In this fast-paced, over-technicalised world meditation is my little oasis in the day where I can release any stress. Stress is debilitating as it inhibits the free flow of energy and information throughout the body. The more stress is accumulated the less efficient are our bodies and minds.

How we move - how we walk - our subtle body language is controlled by our subconscious mind. People will read your body language at a subconscious level. So make sure you're giving out the right message and remember dance is the hidden language of the soul of the body.

I love quantum physics and I've practiced the Law of Attraction most of my life even without realising it as a child. We are all born with this knowledge but it gets ignored in our current education system. Time to change the system because once you realise you have this power and you can practice this in a conscious way, your life goes into supercharge and you can create the life you want!

At the age of 25 years he took up meditation and yoga and stopped drinking and smoking and began to live healthily with the help of his soon-to-be wife Joanna. After a year or two of living this way he 'began to feel a lightness and happiness that he had never experienced before

Take your focus off attracting the bad stuff and focus with gratitude on what you have already received... visualize yourself having more of what you want... abundance really is a mindset. True abundance is a combination of health, happiness, love and prosperity.

Manifestation is supposed to be effortless but we often get in the way of our own innate power to create. If we can train our minds to expect miracles then our experiences will radically change for the better. We just have to bust that resistance!

If you are not creating the life you want because your resistance is too great - try these methods daily. Repetition, repetition, repetition is the key - it will also make you joyful which will help you attract what you want.

If we centre ourselves in the present moment we become present and are not distracted by our mind chatter. This is where meditation can centre our mind and we are then able to access our deeper self, help fill our grid-in and we can become more alive and awake, ready to seize the day

The era of 'left brain' predominance of the logical, linear, computer-based Information Age that it engendered are giving way to a new world of 'right brain' qualities that predominate, which are inventiveness, empathy and meaning. The future will belong to those with a right brain mindset - creators, empathisers, pattern-recognisers and 'meaning makers'.

Releasing resistance is key if you want to attract all that you desire. So put your intention and focus on a fantastic outcome because all possibilities exist in the Quantum field and what you perceive is what will show up for you.

Each and every one of us is connected to that universal energy which guides us, if we are willing to be quiet and listen to it through meditation. In this fast-paced over-technicalised world meditation is my little oasis in the day where I can release any stress.

Gratitude and saying thank-you throughout the day will make everything flow. Everything you think and everything you speak goes out to the universe and comes back multiplied - so make sure you're thinking and speaking in harmony

Carve out more time for yourself and tend to the well-being of yourself first - then you can help others because you will be fully replenished and aligned with what you want to achieve. Replenish. Replenish. Replenish.

In 2010 I saw the documentary 'Food Inc.' at BAFTA - a deeply unflattering look inside America's corporate-controlled food industry and its knock-on effects to the country's farmers and the health of its citizens. The film showed that the Big Food corporations put their vast profits way above a nation's health and that this is happening on a global basis.
