Jo-Ann D’Costa-Manuel is Director and Founder of Autism Parent Empower. An early intervention training programme supporting children, adults and families living with Autism.

Her team are made up of Behavioural Consultants, Nutritionists and Empowerment Coaches. Launching in Parliament March 2016 - it is the first of its kind in the UK. They have had a phenomenal response rapidly building followers across the globe.

Jo-Ann is mentored by Billionaire John Caudwell and is Autism Ambassador for Virgin Atlantic Airways.

She has extended her support by creating Autism Awareness videos with Cineworld, Odeon, Vue, Merlin Entertainment and Virgin Atlantic Airways.

She has also created pioneering National campaigns with Tesco Superstores and Magenta Star rolling out Autism Quiet Hours across the country.

She has featured on BBC, ITV, London Live, Sky and various print including The Independent, Sunday Times, The Guardian, Daily Mail, Metro, Women’s Weekly and many more.

She is married to husband Wayne and has two children Sienna aged 11 and Jayden-Cruz aged 8 and diagnosed with Autism.

Her personal journey has filled her with altruism and determination to give back and create positive change.
