Julia Stevens

Julia works for The Wildlife Trusts and is the portfolio, policy and campaigns manager for Our Bright Future – a forward-thinking social movement that supports young people to lead progressive change in their communities and local environment. Previously working at organisations Envision and UpRising, she has experience of designing and managing programmes that support young people to influence power and create social and environmental change.

Julia has a Master's degree in Peace Education at the United Nations University for Peace which she spent a year studying for in the mountains of Costa Rica. She is passionate about the role transformative education can play in creating sustainable, equal and happy communities.
