Slow Down Your Busy Mind and Connect to Your Soul

We all lost our heart desires on this path. We all lost the connection to our inner self. We listened to our mind, the leader in our life... We all created an ego to fight and succeed in the world. We got carried away. We became obsessed by the struggle of life, by the voice of our mind and sadly let go of all the treasures inside... and most importantly of the peace inside.

How To Process A New Energy In

How To Process A New Energy In You?

I feel like there is an elephant trying to hide inside me, or rather, to make itself comfortable! This elephant is throwing stuff around that doesn't allow it to stand or sit! It is not intentionally being bad, it is just a bit clumsy, as the space is doesn't fit.

A Little Blog on

A Little Blog on Stress...

I have built an ego, yes, and society loves me for it. I really fit in with my judgments, with my set ideas, with my seductive patterns. And when it does not work as it should, we get upset, nervous, anxious... all of it!

Spring Renewal

Spring Renewal 4

Don't try to push it, don't force the flow of your creation, wait for the movement and for it to flow again. If the energy is scattered, don't go into confused relationships, wait for the right moment to engage with it in when the energy feels easier.

Spring Renewal 2

There is always a correspondence between the inner world and the outer world. There is a reflection between inner and outer world. What you see outside is reflecting on what is happening inside of you.

Spring Renewal 1

Every morning stay within yourself, meditate, write down your feelings about this clearing. Answer those questions freely. Create yourself a dream plan. Though don't forget gentleness and patience for yourself as it can take a month or more.

How to Overcome the Pain of Separation

Sometimes I've experienced a lot of pain when somebody leaves my life, like a lover, a friend, a work partner or an employee - someone who is close to me in my life and then has to leave to go on another path. It takes a long time for me to soothe that pain.

How to Find

How to Find Love

You already have everything in you: you are embodying a soul. Your soul has come here to express, to create, to experiment, to love - but mainly your soul is a loving being. And the most important thing in terms of love, is loving yourself.

Embracing Your Inner

Embracing Your Inner Child

The soul is not going to be expressed fully and naturally. It will have to please the world in order to be loved. We all create an ego that is this personality that wants to match the world and we start adopting a lot of judgement from our surroundings.

Stepping Out Onto a Spiritual

Stepping Out Onto a Spiritual Path

Very often we are brought to the spiritual path by the unexpected forces of life. We are spiritual beings living a human life, but we all forget it the minute we incarnate in our physical bodies. We all enter into life on Earth as souls, totally enlightened and are given physical limits.

Kate Bush: A True Diva

I just returned from my long summer, far away, when I saw a surprise text message. My dear friend had invited me to the friends-and-family preview night of the most hotly anticipated show in London for years - the amazing Kate Bush!

Why We Can Be Proud of Our Great Men

When we decided to set up the GREAT Initiative, a charity that focuses on gender equality, the phrase was something quite new. This year we are already in a position to be able to look back at the past six months and celebrate.

Why We Must Embrace Our Feminine

Why We Must Embrace Our Feminine Energy

I met today with my beautiful editor. She came rushing to our meeting to work on my next book. She looked luminous like someone who is accomplishing great stuff in her life. Her nails were chipped. I found it really attractive. What is more attractive than a driven woman expressing her gifts and struggling to work out her life?

Happy Birthday to the Cartier

Happy Birthday to the Cartier Foundation

I have long been an admirer of the work of the Cartier Foundation. Now as we are able to look back at thirty years of this most inspired organisation, we can truly see the incredible vision of its founder Alain Dominique Perrin, its director Hervé Chandez and the hard work of my dear (and sadly departed) friend Sylvie Dumas who for many years provided the financial structure to enable the foundation to commission art without any boundaries.

The Work of Don

The Work of Don McCullin

When I met Don McCullin at the weekend there was no sense of "been there done that" with him. Although he has shown his work all over the world, he was as proud of his work today as ever. An ordinary man, with an extraordinary talent for documenting history.
