Karen Steadman is a Senior Researcher at The Work Foundation. She has over 10 years’ experience in the research and policy fields, having worked in public, not-for-profit and private sectors in the UK and Australia. Karen specialises in research relating to health and wellbeing of the working age population, particularly in terms of mental health, and in sickness absence and return to work support.
