Rails Girls organiser and senior developer for
MindMeister.
Rails Girls is a worldwide initiative aiming to build a community for women where they can understand technology and build their own ideas. The initiative provides free coding workshops where attendees learn sketching, prototyping, and basic programming. Laura has coached at several Rails Girls events across Europe and organised the May 2016 Vienna event.
Since getting her computer engineer degree in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, Laura has worked for nearly 9 years at
