Works in the hospitality industry

Born in the UK just west of London at the dawn of the seventies. A small village upbringing, long walks to school in the sleet and snow, much play and dawdling in the long summer sun. I remember bare feet and hosepipes to keep us cool. I moved to London at the age of 18 and begun short-lived legal study escaping around Europe with a tour in a red sports car.

Reality bites of course and I entered the hospitality industry on a wing and a prayer, learning quickly how to run a bar. Music and DJing were constant fascinations and distractions along with a lifestyle that just never worked. Eventually choosing responsibility.

Hospitality is the vehicle through which I connect with many people, I have a genuine love and care for all of humanity. Organising and building at work is child’s play – where there is seemingly no time only space to have fun and serve.

Restaurants followed with management being the thrill and the chase from London to Sydney, Australia. Having worked for ex-Rolling Stones in the UK to some of Australia’s top chefs.

Learning in other people’s businesses helped the next step into business ownership with two cafes in Perth, WA now the basis for the empire to come. I absolutely love working it is so much fun.

I love playing, writing, slow dancing with my wife, reading and studying the philosophical works and words of Serge Benhayon, walking and pondering life in its glorious simplicity.
