Lottie Muir

Forager and mixologist, Lottie Muir, specialises in developing artfully designed cocktails using herbs she grows herself in an English country-style roof garden in Rotherhithe, as well as nearby plants. Muir serves these cocktails every Saturday evening at ‘The Midnight Apothecary’, an outdoor bar at the Brunel Museum, London. Lottie created the enchanted riverside rooftop garden in which the bar is set in May 2012. She serves exquisite cocktails using ingredients grown in this garden or foraged close by.

Lottie Muir, better known as The Cocktail Gardener, is a gardener turned botanical mixologist and founder of Midnight Apothecary events, voted one of the top three rooftop cocktail bars in London. She has recently teamed up with Amazon.co.uk to create an exclusive, limited edition range of candles that are inspired by her signature cocktails.
