Marcus Chapman

Mental Health campaigner, proud dad, cyclist, surfer and sports geek.

Proud trustee of male mental health charity CALM (Campaign Against Living Miserably), and founder of the cycle sportive Nelson's Tour de Test Valley - raising over £200,000 for CALM in the last 4 years.

The event is in memory of my best friend Nelson Pratt who took his life in 2013, the ride has created a positive legacy in his memory, and through cycling has helped other men open up about their own mental health issues.

I'm very passionate about helping CALM tackle the shocking problem of male suicide, the single biggest killer of young men in the UK right now.

Father of two very loud and highly energetic kids ages two and half and one - they keep me fit and fast on my feet!
