Mark Knight

Mark Knight is a board director at the City of London-based PR consultancy Broadgate Mainland http://www.broadgatemainland.com which works in the financial and professional services and higher education sectors. His areas of specialism include corporate sponsorship, crisis management, social and online media and creating and delivering strategic communications programmes.

He has more than twenty years’ experience in managing PR and communication programmes both in-house and as a consultant. A former Army officer, his PR career began with NATO’s Rapid Reaction Force. On leaving the services he worked in-house at Thorn EMI before taking on the role of head of PR at the Financial Times. He became a director at Broadgate Mainland in 2003 having previously run his own PR consultancy.
