Maz Nadjm is the Founding Director of SoAmpli, an award-winning social selling platform that combines human and artificial intelligence to provide the best content for sales teams to share on social media, connecting them with relevant prospects.

Maz is well-known in the social media community for his industry-leading knowledge and experience at the highest levels within some of the world’s foremost organisations – such as BBC Worldwide, UK Government, Sky, News International and the Ogilvy Group

Having breathed new life into countless organisations using social, Maz has been named as one of the world’s top 50 social media power influencers by Forbes in January 2012. In 2010 Maz was asked to join a select research team at Oxford University’s Business School to address the subject of ‘Social Media and Innovation’. Maz is also regularly asked to appear at seminars, conferences and on TV around the world to comment on the industry.

Involved in the social media sector since its inception, he set up up 2Bmates, one of the UK's first social networks in 2004, followed in 2006 by Rareface, one of the UK's first social media agencies.

He also devotes time to those just starting out and those who have reached the top of the social media game through his roles as a judge on the advisory board for the Shorty Awards, as a start-up mentor with Seedcamp and on UCL’s SMILE initiative, and as a member of the advisory board for both Social Media Week and Social Media World.
