Over the years, he has worked with hundreds of CEOs and entrepreneurs in both a therapy and coaching capacity. Acting at times as a business and wellness consultant on many ambitious new projects from the world of tech to corporate health and wellbeing.

Before he became a therapist he spent six years as a corporate project manager, delivering successful projects across a spectrum of different sectors. He is a qualified and certified by the Project Management Institute (PMI).

One thing that it seems is impossible to avoid on the streets of London, is the smokers. They really are everywhere and having a break away really brought this home for me. After returning to London it didn't take long to feel that all too familiar wave of disgust as the toxic, pernicious carbon monoxide invaded my space again.
