My name is Nathaniel Reilly-O’Donnell and I am a member of the GB Rowing Team. I blog on my life as a rower with Olympic ambitions. There are 21 seats available for aspiring Olympic heavyweight male rowers – 7 strokeside, 7 bowside, 7 sculling. I’m competing for one of the 7 spaces available on strokeside.
In 2009 I graduated from UCL with a Law degree, since then I have been a full-time member of the GB Rowing Team. Former Junior and Youth Olympic Champion, 2011 World Silver medallist and 2012 Olympic reserve. Outside of rowing I follow most sports, current affairs, read books, surf the net, watch films and spend time with my friends and family - sadly nothing particularly rock & roll.
