Olivia Jones manages the talent, enterprise and development programmes at the National Centre for Universities and Business (NCUB), which includes the Talent 2030 campaign to encourage more girls into engineering and manufacturing. After graduating from Durham University with a Masters in Engineering she gained chartered status with the Institution of Civil Engineers in 2012. She has always been passionate about inspiring the next generation of engineers and is now working to develop the entrepreneurial and employability skills of students across multiple disciplines at all stages of their education.
