Corporate Psychologist and Organisational Consultant

Olya Khaleelee is a corporate psychologist and organisational consultant, with a particular interest in organisational transition and transformation. She has worked with the Tavistock Institute for over 30 years in developing group relations both in the UK and abroad, has been on the staff of many conferences and was the first female director of the Leicester Conference, which explores Authority, Leadership and Organisation from a psychoanalytic and systemic perspective. She is also a past Chairwoman of the Council of the London Centre for Psychotherapy, and was for many years Director of OPUS An Organisation for Promoting Understanding of Society.
