Blog - Collated Style
I have combined two things that I talk about a lot.....fashion and veganism in one place - Collated Style. Although most people I speak to think the two are mutually exclusive!

I became a vegan two years ago for health reasons and not initially for the animals. I get bored pretty easily but veganism has meant that I am constantly finding new recipes/ideas/products etc every day. I see it more as a lifestyle choice that filters through to so many aspects of my life. I have struggled to find websites that are not too preachy as I have what I consider 'mainstream views' on veganism. I am not a perfect vegan but I am constantly learning. Just because my initial motivation was for my health, that's not to say I haven't become far more conscious of animal cruelty over time.

I have always had a knack for finding dresses on the high street and altering or accessorizing them to make them look more expensive than what they actually are so I wanted to share the ones I love. I love websites like Shopstyle but it doesn't filter the results enough for me. And as I love trawling through websites and finding great outfits I have started adding edits on Collated Style. Everything I pick is at high street prices under £175 as that is the most I would spend on an 'occasion' dress.

I haven't found any other websites that share popular themes like beauty, fashion and food for vegans or people that are potentially interested in it, without forcing the issue. Just because I am vegan doesn't mean I can't be interested in those things so I will crusade to change that misconception! I genuinely believe people could be converted if they were educated about it in the right way.
