I was inspired to set up her Bright & Beautiful domestic cleaning business when I spotted a real gap in the market for an ethical, professional and family friendly homecare business, designed for busy people.

The vision for Bright & Beautiful was very clear from the start – to support and empower women; clients who need their homes managed; franchise owners who have a business which can earn a great income but fit within school hours; the teams who have fair employment rights with a great working environment; and impoverished families that the franchisees sponsor overseas by funding micro-businesses and through Compassion International and other charities.

Since Bright & Beautiful launched in 2007 the company now has more than 50 franchises nationwide, employs over 500 people and has a £5m turnover.
