Rod Bristow is President of Pearson UK, made up of Pearson's education businesses in the UK; Edexcel, the UK's leading awarding body, Heinemann, Longman and Financial Times Prentice Hall.
He has worked in education and publishing for thirty years in higher education, schools, colleges, professional training and learning technologies. He was appointed President of Pearson's UK educational publishing businesses in 2000.
In 2010, he was appointed President of Pearson UK. He is President of the Publishers Association and a Fellow of the Royal Society for Arts.
