Rosie Ferguson is the Chief Executive of Gingerbread, the charity which works nationally and locally, for and with single parent families, to improve their lives.
Rosie was formerly Chief Executive of charity London Youth from March 2012 until March 2016. A London Youth employee since 2005, she initially pioneered the charity's youth social action work and then spent four years as Operations Director. Before that she worked for the British Council in Manchester and spent a few months teaching English in Moscow.
Rosie is a trustee of the Centre for London and previous Chair of Glass House Community-led Design and UNA Exchange. She was a Commissioner on the London Fairness Commission launched in 2016.
