Saleha is the founder of an organisation called Families Against Stress and Trauma (FAST) and an elected councillor for Lambeth.
FAST’s Families Matter (http://familiesmatter.org.uk) campaign launched in July 2014 to provide support and guidance to parents and anyone else concerned that their loved ones might be vulnerable to radicalisation or to being targeted by extremists. Saleha has first-hand experience of working families and individuals affected by radicalisation and personally provides support including workshops and discussions or meetings with other trained. Support provided includes one-to-one discussions, group workshops or meetings with other trained professionals including psychologists.
