A big passion of mine is to help people transform their own body and as a knock on effect, change their whole life! I want to help them feel more confident in themselves, improve their quality of life & help them look better naked.

As well as working on a one to one basis with people, through my website - www.samkwhitaker.com - I also want to share some of the things I've learned through my writing, to help people live healthier, happier & enjoyable lives.

When I'm not helping people on their body transformation journey, I enjoy cycling, walking, listening to music, watching TV box sets & films.

The term 'fat burning' is thrown around quite a lot these days; fat burning foods, fat burning supplements, fat burning workouts. Brands and magazines like to throw 'fat burning' in front of something to try to sell products and grab people's attention.
