From the shores of his home country Mauritius and a fan of the football club, Saoud earned his undergraduate scholarship to study for his electronics engineering degree at the University of Liverpool. Graduated in 2001 he joined one of the world-known bluechip success stories of Cambridge, ARM Ltd. He'll spend the next 9 years building his career in the fast growing company, while nurturing the entrepreneur within. After his MBA at the HEC Paris Management school, in 2012 he will co-found Monkey tie, a recruitment website that matches jobseekers to jobs or companies based on their personality and their fit with corporate culture.
