Sarah is a former Cambridge City Councillor and LGBT+ Equality activist with a focus on transgender issues. She featured on the Independent on Sunday's Rainbow List from 2010 until 2014. She has campaigned on a range of LGBT+ issues including marriage equality and the gay blood ban. She serves on Stonewall's Trans Advisory Group. In her spare time she enjoys outdoor activities including sailing and climbing.
