Scherto Gill

Scherto Gill is Executive Secretary and Research Fellow of the Guerrand-Hermès Foundation for Peace (GHFP). The GHFP is an international research institute based in the UK and France. Scherto is also a Visiting Fellow at the University of Sussex where she teaches on postgraduate programmes in education and social research. As a Researcher, she has conducted, independently and as part of a team, many inquiries in the fields of education, social studies and peace. Her interests centre on understanding peace and human flourish as a holistic and dynamic process and how to apply this understanding in social transformation. The key concepts that she is developing with others at the GHFP include human-centered education, dialogic approach to peace-building and critical narrative. Scherto is a Fellow of Royal Society of Arts (RSA), and an Associate of TAOS Institute.
