I am a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, committee member of Liverpool Society of Chartered Accountants and Senior Lecturer at Liverpool John Moores University teaching global and corporate finance, to post graduate level I have been awarded a PhD from The University of Warwick, Warwick Business School, on 'political economy of the accounting firm' working with Professor Rob Bryer. I published Accounting For Business Studies (Elsevier) in 2003.
