Skye Holland

Fine artist, portrait artist and champion of women learning to love their bodies

Skye Holland is a London-based professional contemporary fine artist.

Studied Fine Art Printmaking at Central St.Martins in the 80's graduating with a 1st. Went to Cranfield School of Management on a graduate enterprise programme, setting up first business in Whitechapel. Met her architect husband and by 1990 had two children. Left for Johannesburg, SA in 1991 for a 2 year work contract ending up staying 10. Skye worked as an art consultant and educator (co-authoring 3 art educational resource books as part of the national curriculum) as well as sign language interpreter in live TV coverage of Nelson Mandela's election process. She met Mandela twice!

Returned to UK in 2000. By 2008 Skye had moved back to London & had her solo exhibition 'Out of the Ashes' & has since exhibited at international art fairs in London and US.

She launched The Boudoir Portraits in 2014, capturing the sensual essence of her subjects "in boudoir" and has drawn over 100 women and a few men!
