Stephen Emmer is a composer and producer from Amsterdam, Holland.After releasing an album in 1982 he worked in television. He released the album Recitement in 2008, combining his music with spoken word from artists including Lou Reed. He is releasing new album International Blue in June and first single Untouchable with Glen Gregory on April 7th 2014.
