Steve Clarke

Steve Clarke is the founder and Managing Director of Onemind Management (est. 1996). With over 30 years’ experience in defining, running and evaluating programmes and projects, and developed people’s change and project management skills, he specialises in portfolio, programme, project and change management; management maturity; process redesign; and leadership and personal effectiveness coaching.

He has worked for large commercial companies (Network Rail, npower, BT), and for the public sector both centrally (Department of Health, HMRC) and nationally (NHS, Environment Agency). His director roles have included Director of Information, Director of Information Management & Technology, Director of Corporate Development, Organisational Development Director and Portfolio Office Director.
