Tanesha owns several successful businesses with her husband Gavin Westcarr including an image consultancy called Styling Says. The stylish former model has been featured in many publications and media including the BBC and worked on high profile events with countless seasons at London Fashion Week. She has styled presenters and cast on TV shows and commercials and has also worked with top international brands like Amato Haute Couture and Matthew Williamson.

After years of rising to the top of her field she developed Iconology Consultancy™. Tanesha is dedicated to help people fulfill their potential, stand out as Icons in their industry and develop their unique distinction that sets them apart from their counterparts. With a background in sales and marketing Tanesha understands how to convert people's image and brand into revenue.

In May 2011 Tanesha demystified style secrets in her book Styling Stripped Bare which continues to transform and improve women’s lives and style worldwide. Later that year she partnered with the Ideal Home Show at Christmas as the host and stylist of the High end vs High street catwalk shows.
