Tim Bagshaw

Head of investment at Northamptonshire Enterprise Partnership

Tim joined Northamptonshire Enterprise as Head of Investment in 2008.

A University of Liverpool graduate, where he studied Economic Geography and History, Tim has undertaken a variety of economic development roles. In particular, Tim has worked with companies based in Liverpool and Somerset: developing their interaction with local, national and international business. Working as Head of Sector Development and Inward Investment at the South West Regional Development Agency Tim established and developed overseas representation in North America, Japan, China and Australia.

Tim’s current role as Head of Investment involves leading a team with responsibility for positioning Northamptonshire as a location for business and supporting new and existing investment. This responsibility also includes developing projects and initiatives to increase business involvement and opportunity in the county.

Tim works closely with a variety of partners including UK Trade and Investment, iCon East Midlands and the Technology Strategy Board.
