Tom Papworth is an Associate Director at CentreForum, with responsibility for economic policy. He holds degrees from the Universities of London and Kent and has over 13 years public policy and research experience, having worked for Government, the private sector, policy institutes and membership organisations. He is also the Leader of the Opposition on the London Borough of Bromley and the councillor for Crystal Palace ward. He has published on various public policy areas including SME funding, immigration, planning policy, the future of the Liberal Democrats' economic policy, higher education, early years education and intellectual property.
