Tracy de Groose

Managing Director, Carat

Tracy de Groose is MD of Carat, the UK's second biggest media agency, Carat and part of the Aegis Media Group. The Cilla Snowball of the media world, Tracy heads up a £1billion billing business and leads over 500 people.

Tracy's 'connectivity' ethos is integral to the way in which she is spearheading a change in the media industry - from media planners and buyers as being widely regarded as an 'aggressive bunch of gorillas with calculators' to helping brand owners utilise media as a business channel.

Tracy has been in the industry for over twenty years, facing communications challenges on both client and agency side. She has worked for some of the UK's most important media agencies and perhaps most significantly worked with The Portman Group on uniting the drinks industry behind 'Why let good times go bad?' to join forces and investment in one campaign. Additionally, Tracy is an active member of WACL (Women in Advertising and Communications in London) and a champion of junior and female talent.

Tracy would absolutely love to write a blog piece for The Huffington Post UK; are there any slots available?

Please let me know if you require any further information.
