Wendy has been an activist all her life and has mainly been involved in feminist, anti-war, education, flexible working and built environment organisations and campaigns. Wendy has qualifications in social sciences, architecture and management. She worked as one of the UK's first access officers, was a development manager for a building consultancy, and most recently was director of Women's Design Service.
