  • Heat your oven to 180C.
  • Leave half of your ice cream in a glass bowl to melt.
  • Once melted, pour on some flour and mix to thicken the mixture.

  • Once the time is up and your loaf is golden brown, remove the bread and turn out onto a wooden board.
