British Soap Awards Winners List: 'Coronation Street' Scoops The Biggest Prize Of The Night

โ€˜Coronation Streetโ€™ was the big winner at Saturday nightโ€™s British Soap Awards, scooping the three main prizes; Best Soap, Actor and Actress.

Itโ€™s been a big year for the ITV show, with storylines including Aidan Connorโ€™s suicide and David Plattโ€™s male rape hitting headlines.

But it wasnโ€™t just their hard work that was rewarded and other prizes were given to actors from โ€˜EastEndersโ€™, โ€˜Hollyoaksโ€™, โ€˜Emmerdaleโ€™ and โ€˜Doctorsโ€™ at the Hackney Empire ceremony.
