It shows the cat's owner jogging on the treadmill, with her pet stood behind.

After observing how the treadmill works, the cat then leaps onto it and runs alongside its human - the perfect show of moral support.

As its owner takes the speed up a notch, the pace soon becomes too fast for the cat's little legs and, slowly but surely, it slides off onto the floor.

But not before looking over its shoulder to check nobody saw.
