Climbing Kilimanjaro Isn't Exactly A Barrel Of Laughs, But Try Telling The Comic Relief Celebs That

There were some classic one-liners as they trekked up that mountain.

Anyone who saw Kiliminjaro: The Bigger Red Nose Climb on BBC One on Wednesday night would have felt like they were with the nine celebs every step of the way as they conquered the tallest freestanding mountain in the world.

But amongst the tears and sheer determination of Little Mix stars Jade Thirwall, Leigh-Anne Pinnock, Love Island winner Dani Dyer, TV presenters Dan Walker, Alexander Armstrong, Anita Rani, Strictly judge Shirley Ballas, former MP Ed Balls and NFL star Osi Umenyiora there was a lot of laughter to be found.

Maybe it was the lack of sleep. Maybe it was the lack of oxygen. But there were some brilliant comedic moments as the group trekked the 55 gruelling miles up Kili.

Well, if they didn’t laugh, they’d cry. Mind you, there were a lot of tears too.

Here’s out round-up of the funniest moments...
