Sparks are set to fly between Maria Connor and Adam Barlow in ‘Coronation Street’, and next month, the duo will share a kiss.
However, things are never simple in Soapland, and Maria’s former flame Aidan will see the snog - and let’s just say he isn’t exactly going to be pleased.
It all begins when Adam approaches Maria as she’s making her way home, and insists in taking her for a drink.
When Maria then spots Aidan in the distance, she leans in to kiss Adam, who recently returned to Weatherfield, and invites him back to her flat.

Maria previously hooked up with him earlier this year, but the fact Aidan was dating her friend Eva Price (understandably) got in the way.
