Danniella Westbrook has angrily responded to new reports about her personal life, which have suggested she was caught performing a sex act on her boyfriend, in the back of a car on the M25.
According to The Sun, Danniella was caught in the act while being taken home by a driver paid for by Channel 5, following an appearance on ‘Big Brother’ spin-off show, ‘Bit On The Side’.
However, Danniella has now hit back at the claims, insisting they are “full of lies”, even accusing the newspaper of “bullying” her.
Across a number of angry tweets posted on Wednesday (29 June) night, the ‘Celebrity Big Brother’ finalist seemed excited that her recent show ‘Danniella Westbrook: In Therapy’ had been named one of Sky’s ‘Top Picks’, but lamented: “Shame The Sun are against me about to run a story full of lies about George and me.”
Meanwhile, a spokesperson for Danniella has also told the Daily Star: “There is no proof in this story whatsoever.”
Danniella also retweeted a number of encouraging messages from her followers, who urged her to “keep her head up” amid the latest rumours about her personal life.
The ‘EastEnders’ actress is currently gearing up for her return to Albert Square next week, where she’ll reprise her role as Peggy Mitchell’s daughter, Sam, for the soap matriarch’s funeral.
Danniella recently spoke out about her appearance, admitting she was disappointed to only be asked back for four episodes, but despite her brief stint, her character is set for plenty of drama, as she breaks the news that her brother, Grant Mitchell, will not be attending.
Sam will also drop the bombshell that she’s struggling with motherhood, and is even thinking about leaving her son behind in Walford without her.
