Raquel Welch proved she’s the tireless mistress of the grand entrance, as she attended the Carousel Of Hope Ball on Sunday (9 October).
The Hollywood star looked the picture of glamour as she stole the show on the red carpet, where she happily posed for photographers on her way into the charity event in Los Angeles.
She sported a stunning floor-length red dress, which also featured long sleeves and a plunging neckline.
Raquel kept her make-up fairly simple for the charity event, while showing off a wavy, blonde hairstyle and some glitzy earrings.
Last year, Raquel insisted that age wasn’t a deciding factor in any area of her life, claiming that her past relationships hadn’t quashed her romantic hopes, revealing that she’d be interested in getting married again, at 76 years old.
Similarly proving you can still work a red carpet in your seventies at the Carousel Of Hope Ball was Jane Fonda, also snapped outside the party.
Jane took a slightly different approach with her wardrobe, making a statement in an eye-catching floral dress and some simple black high heel shoes.
The Carousel Of Hope Ball aims to raise funds for the Childhood Diabetes Foundation and the Barbara Davis Centre For Diabetes, with Barbara herself putting in an appearance at the event, where she posed with the ‘Grace And Frankie’ actress and Jay Leno.
