Katie Price's son Junior has told his mother that she has had "too much plastic surgery" adding that she is "perfect" exactly as she is.

The 10-year-old spoke his mind on ITV's 'Loose Women' during a one-off Easter Special, 'Loose Women & Kids', where talk show hosts hand over the reins to their children.

Appearing on the show are Andrea McLean and her daughter Amy (aged 9), Katie Price and her two children, Princess and Junior (aged 8 and 10), Nadia Sawalha and her daughter Maddie (aged 13) and Kaye Adams and her daughter Bonnie (aged 9).

Talking to his mum about plastic surgery, Junior said: "I get how you want to have plastic surgery, but you don't need to have loads like round this area (pointing to his chest) because I think you've had too much and don't forget, I get you wanted to have it once because you were a model, but you don't need to have it loads of times - you're perfect how you are mum."

Junior and Princess are Price's children from her four-year marriage to singer and TV personality Peter Andre, whom she met on 'Help! I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here'.

Price recently came under fire for sharing pictures on social media of Princess sporting heavy make-up, which she has since admitted was "wrong".

Asked what he thought about his sister wearing so much make-up, he said: "I think if I had a daughter my age I wouldn't let her post it on social media.

"I would let her have little kid make-up like lipstick but not in public so no."

He also expressed his brotherly concern about the dangers of Princess's photos appearing on social media.

He said: "Say you put it on social media, lots of people like paedophiles will get attracted to her more likely, because not only is she well known, it will make her look more beautiful so they will be attracted to her and want to get to her.

"Yes it does (worry me) because I don't want to lose my sister."

Junior went on to say to his mum Katie: “You’ve been married three times and when you say them words ‘Yes I do. I’ll be with you forever’ and you say you mean it, why do you end up going, ‘you know what? No no.’...can you tell me why you broke up with Dad? Would you like to share it with us?”

Princess reassured her mum: “I’m happy with you and Kieran and my dad and Emily - I like it how it is.”

The Loose Women & Kids special is the second special this year, following January's Loose Women & Men panel.

:: Loose Women & Kids airs on March 25 at 12.30pm on ITV
