In a speech about trade, Fox said Britain should be “optimistic” about the results of Brexit.
“There are those who try to portray the referendum as a sign of a Britain looking inwards, of a people who are turning their back on a more open world. Some do it out of ignorance, others because they simply don’t like the result of the vote.
