Human Settlements Minister Lindiwe Sisulu told EWN that she was concerned about President Jacob Zuma's frequent Cabinet reshuffles and the negative impact this had on governance and the economy.

The presidential hopeful said that the president should be guided by the ANC's top six when making changes to Cabinet.
"The president is required, in terms of the tradition of the ANC, to advise or be advised by [ANC top] officials. I'm hoping that process will be tightened up so that it is a collective brainstorming," Sisulu said.
This comes after Zuma's choice as his successor, Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma, was sworn in as an MP on Thursday.
"It has to do, for me, with continuity in governance, but I worry from time to time about the impact on governance and the economy," Sisulu said.

"If we all agreed at the policy conference that that is what happened to the president, why was he not taken through a disciplinary process?
Sisulu asked why Zuma still hadn't appeared before a disciplinary committee.
"I have been insisting that there must be a disciplinary process so that, if there is an interpretation that [ZUma] put the ANC into disrepute, that is an offence", she told EWN.
"Why was he not taken through a disciplinary process? We have an integrity committee [and if they fail], they should take the matter to the disciplinary committee."
Sisulu said the president should be suspended if it was found that he had brought the ANC into disrepute.
