President Obama delivered a speech Tuesday on the immigration reform bill set for a Senate vote. During his remarks, a mysterious beeping began echoing throughout the East Room of the White House. The sound soon became too much for Obama to ignore.
"Who's beeping over there?" Obama said, "You're feeling kinda self-conscious, aren't you?"

Obama and the entire room laughed about the noise for a few seconds, and the president then continued with his speech.
