Rodrigo Alves Removed From 'Celebrity Big Brother' Over 'Uncomfortable' Incident, Says Dan Osborne

'It was just something inappropriate, I didn’t appreciate it.'

‘Celebrity Big Brother’ finalist Dan Osborne has claimed he knows the reason “Human Ken doll” Rodrigo Alves was shown the door near the beginning of this year’s series.

The former ‘TOWIE’ star has said that Rodrigo - who was already on his final warning - was axed by producers due to an “inappropriate” incident that left him feeling “uncomfortable”, and which he “did not appreciate”.

However, Dan declined to go into further detail, telling The Sun: “I don’t really want to talk about it. I’ve had stories told about me, so I know it’s not nice. I don’t want to do that to anyone else.”

He added: “It wasn’t scary for me, just uncomfortable.”

A ‘CBB’ representative declined to comment when contacted by HuffPost UK. We have also contacted a spokesperson for Rodrigo Alves.

On his first night in the house, Rodrigo was issued with a “formal and final warning” from ‘CBB’ bosses, when he dropped the n-word twice during a conversation with his housemates.

A week later, it was revealed that Rodrigo had been ejected from the house permanently following a “further incident”, though ‘CBB’ fans were left frustrated when neither his exit nor the occurence that led up to his removal were shown in the highlights show.

Rodrigo himself has his own take, though, insisting that he left the house of his own accord, because the experience “wasn’t for him”.

Since exiting the house, Rodrigo has apologised for his use of the racial slur in the house, claiming that due to his heritage and the fact he isn’t a native English speaker, he was unaware of the term’s offensive history.

Rodrigo was not present at this year’s ‘CBB’ final, in which Ryan Thomas was crowned winner, and neither was controversial housemate Roxanne Pallett.
