Roxanne Pallett threatened to walk out of ‘Celebrity Ghost Hunt’ as she broke down in tears during an appearance on the show.
The controversial ‘Celebrity Big Brother’ contestant had an emotional time on 5STAR’s paranormal series, in which a group of famous faces explore supposedly haunted locations.
Roxanne, who walked out of the ‘CBB’ house earlier this month, insisted she’d “had enough” as she, Love Island’s Georgia Harrison, TOWIE’s James ‘Diags’ Bennewith and host Rylan Clark-Neal looked around an abandoned hotel in the Black Forest.
As the group used a device with a light that flashed if there was a ghostly presence in the room, it all became too much for the former ‘Emmerdale’ star.
“I can’t cope. I’ve had enough,” Roxanne insisted. “Rylan no, I can’t. I’ve had enough.
“Guys, I’ve really had enough. I’m not fucking about here. I’ve had enough. It’s back and I’m leaving, I need to go now.”
As the group approached the bathroom, she wailed: “I don’t like it. It’s making me feel really upset. I’ve just got this really bad energy.”
After feeling a door close behind her, Roxanne practically jumped out of her skin, before the light on the device flashed, and she ran from the room screaming.
“I just sensed something bad happened there. I was uneasy,” she said.
“When the door closed behind us it was one of the most terrifying experiences of my life. I just had to get out of that room.”
Roxanne’s latest TV appearance - filmed prior to her tumultuous ‘CBB’ stint’ - came just days after viewers saw her quit ‘Celebrity Island With Bear Grylls’.
She bowed out after just five days stranded on the Island, after the smell of the campfire trigged painful childhood memories of being stuck in a house fire.
Roxanne tearfully recalled: “I never thought going on the Island would open up a box I’d tucked away years ago… the smoke was so thick it was stinging my eyes.”
She added: “I just kept thinking about that night when we were trapped in our home and we couldn’t take in another breath because every breath [could have been] our last.”
Roxanne chose to leave the the ‘CBB’ house after accusing Ryan Thomas of “deliberately” and “repeatedly” punching her, which she has since conceded was an “exaggeration” and a “mistake”.
After leaving ‘CBB’, Roxanne has stepped down from her morning radio show and an upcoming pantomime role, to take “time out” from the spotlight to “reflect” on her actions.
